Light Cleans $200
Light Cleaning Package:
Up to 1500 square feet
Kitchen: Dust lights and furniture within reach. Disinfect all kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplashes,
tables, chairs, and shelves. Clean inside microwaves and disinfect outside kitchen appliances.
Polish exterior kitchen appliances, spot-wash walls, doors, and deep-clean floors.
Bathrooms: Always fully disinfected; toilets, sinks, mirrors, vanities, showers and bathtubs.
Dusting walls, fans, lights, and baseboards. Spot wash walls, doors, and baseboards where applicable.
Polish all glass, decor, and deep-clean floors.
Bedrooms: Beds made, all surfaces dusted/washed, trash and recycling removal, and organization where applicable. Floors, carpet and rugs vacuumed and mopped.
Living rooms: Dusted top to bottom, blankets folded, staging of items, tables washed and polished where applicable, and all glass and decor polished. TV screens are dusted (wiped if requested).
All furniture is dusted and sanitized. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.
Deep Cleans $400-$600
Deep Clean Package:
-Dusting and disinfecting walls, doors, and baseboards. Cleaning underneath furniture, couches, beds, and tables. Washing inside all windows, sills, trims and frames. Light switches, fixtures,
handles, railings and knobs are sanitized. Disinfecting inside kitchen and bathroom doors.
Washing and polishing trash bins and furnishings. Cleaning lights and vents within easy access.
Moving light furniture and cleaning in, around and under surfaces.
All in addition to the light cleaning package above!
*Please note that inside kitchen appliances are an additional fee apart from microwaves*
Extras:
We understand that to do a clean right, some tasks will take longer than others. That is why Robyn created a list of all those extra things we tend to neglect in our daily lives.
(Additional pricing for extras in addition to either package).
Inside: oven, fridge/freezer
Inside oven - $100
Inside fridge/freezer - $50
Got dishes? A little is just fine, but a lot will potentially change the service price & timeframe!
Cleaning: closets, vents, fans, blinds and chandeliers are all considered add-ons.
(Excluding Move-out cleans)
We currently do not offer laundry service.
Organization $600
Organizing Package:
-Inside all closets, underneath all bathroom & kitchen sinks. Inside drawers, desks, nightstands,
and bookshelves.
-Inside dresser & wardrobe organization. Colour organization of outfits & belongings.
-Organization of medicine cabinets, pantries & cupboards.
-Kitchen drawer & cupboard organization, fridge, freezer, & pantry organization, etc.
Travel Fees:
0.70 cents per Kilometre

So you can relax...
To have the most efficient cleaning service, we kindly ask each client to have the following things tended to before the cleaning service begins;
-Putting away any private or personal documents/items you may have around your home
-Clearing and putting away any large quantities of dishes/pots
(unless requested to clean)
-Removing any large amounts of laundry from rooms
-Please make sure any pets you have in the home are safely kept away from where the cleaning service is being performed
All payments are currently being accepted in e-transfer or cash via robynbirdcleans@gmail.com after the service is complete & before Robyn leaves, guaranteeing quality service every time.
